• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of Picurio (the Service), use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by Picurio.
• You agree not to post any unlawful, harmful, pornographic, or obscene content.
• You agree not to post any content you do not have the rights to transmit.
• We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
• The Service attempts to provide current and accurate information on its web sites, email and telephone communications. The Service does not, however, warrant that this information is correct, accurate or complete. Information communicated by picurio.com is not a contract, and should not be treated as such.
• You agree that the laws of the state for which you are a resident, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, and excluding the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods, will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the Service or its affiliates. If you reside outside the United States then the laws of the state of California will govern any dispute along the foregoing terms. For any and all disputes, you agree to submit to binding arbitration of all claims deemed subject to arbitration under the relevant choice of law before one mutually agreed arbitrator of JAMS in San Francisco, California. For any claims deemed not subject to binding arbitration, then you agree to submit venue to the Federal Courts of the Northern District of California, or California State Court, County of San Francisco. You further agree that any claims deemed not subject to arbitration, shall be stayed pending resolution of those claims subject to binding arbitration.

• We collect very little information about our users. Registration is not required to use Picurio.
• When users visit our website, we automatically collect some information such as the user's web browser, operating system, and time on the site. The information we collect is used to improve our product and the quality of our service.
• Information collected is not shared with anyone except to monitor site traffic, comply with the law, or investigate violations of our Terms of Service.

If at any time you are unhappy with a Picurio room you may contact us (info@picurio.com) to receive your money back for your current month of billing. Previous months for which you have already paid will not be refunded.
